If you have incurred a short term financial hardship and your loan is two or more months past due, your agent will also consider the possibility of submitting a request for a payment plan to the guarantor, insurer loan servicer and / or investor approval. Only after reviewing your financial situation will this option be considered. All clients must be able to show that they can afford this plan in order to be submitted to your loan servicer, investor, insurer and / or guarantor. Any fees owed to the agent, loan servicer, investor, insurer and or guarantor will be deducted at closing of initial approval.
