Mike Kleinstub started Safe at Home Property Solutions, LLC in 2006 after more than 2 years as an private Real Estate investor. Since then his company has handled more than 300 closings helping hundreds of homeowners avoid foreclosure. As Safe at Home has grown Realtors, Brokers and Investors have asked us to step in on situations where they are having no luck with the lender. We have regularly completed shortsales when there was little or no hope of getting to the closing table. MK Consulting, LLC has contacts at almost every major lender and have the ability to speak to the people who can get things approved. Mike Kleinstub and his group has successfully negotiated more than 1000 deals over the past 4 years. While Texas is the biggest part of our business, we have completed shortsales in many other states. Mike Kleinstub is now approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Realtors how to Sell Real Estate Using Shortsales. This course is available to Real Estate Firms and the Realtors can receive Continuing Education Credits. Mr. Kleinstub is married and resides in Lubbock, Texas. He is very active in the community and serves as a high school and college baseball umpire for Texas Umpire Association. He and his wife have three cats and a great spoiled dog named Simon.
Matt Bremmer joined the staff in 2007 and has been part of the growing Dallas based operation. While serving as one of MK Consulting top negotiators Matt has been responsible for helping complete over 100 shortsales. Mr. Bremmer oversees the on-line operation and has helped build the Realtor and investor base for Safe at Home PS, LLC and MK Consulting. Matt is based in Iring Texas and is a huge Dallas Cowboys Fan. Matt is also the webmaster and developer of Safe At Home and MK Consulting websites.
Sharon Curry is a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1981. She has concentrated on buying and selling foreclosures during her career until the last 4 years when she changed her focus to pre-foreclosure situations. Sharon is extremely cognizant of the fiduciary responsibility to the client and aspires to assist the homeowner in every possible way to prevent foreclosure and protect their credit. She is a Texas Tech Graduate, and maintains an office in Lubbock. She is active in the Dallas metro area, has an office in the Prestonwood area of Dallas and an office in Granbury.
The CRAIG ALL-STAR TEAM has a combined 5 years experience in short sales. We have closed over 100 short sale transactions in the last year. Our team works seamlessly together to ensure a smooth transaction and in turn have come to be known as the team to call when a homeowner is facing foreclosure. We work in conjunction with other local real estate agents as a referral source for their clients who may be facing foreclosure. Our unique niche is short sales and foreclosure but we also have many years of experience in property management, investing and new builds.

Chad Smith is not a partner of MK Consulting, LLC but is head legal counsel for all Real Estate issues.
Susan Kime is an experienced negotiator that works to help homeowners. She has been married for 16 years and have two daughters, ages 9 and 7. She graduated from Nashua Senior High School in 1988, then went on to the University of New Hampshire where she earned a BS degree in business administration in 1992. She is an important part of the Real Estate process and also negotiates for New Beginning RE, LLC.
Kelly Barker has been negotiating short sale properties for over a year. Previously she had worked for Military Art China from 1997-2006, which is a manufacturing and printing company that supplies memorabilia to the armed forces stationed around the world. She is a mother of my two children. She attended University of Massachusetts Lowell and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997. Kelly majored in Marketing and Management with a minor in Legal Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Kaitlin Geraghty owns an interest in an investing company in Massachusetts. She has been investing in Real Estate for the past 5 years. Previously, she was a landlord and knows the ins and outs of negotiating and customer service. Kaitlin continues to buy and sell distressed rehab properties. Over the past 3 years her main focus has been short sales. She has been negotiating with banks throughout the country, small and large to successfully close short sale deals in a number of states, including Mass. Florida and California.
