Emily Myers is 22 years old and lived in Melissa Texas working in a law firm until she moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University. Lubbock is now the permanent home of her and her husband, where she became the Office Manager of Safe at Home Property Solutions, LLC in 2010.
Matt Bremmer joined the staff in 2007 and has been part of the growing Dallas based operation. While serving as one of Safe At Home’s top negotiators Matt has been responsible for helping complete over 100 shortsales. Mr. Bremmer oversees the on-line operation and has helped build the Realtor and investor base for Safe at Home PS, LLC and MK Consulting. Matt is based in Irving Texas and is a huge Dallas Cowboys Fan. Matt is also the webmaster and developer of Safe At Home and MK Consulting websites.
Susan Kime is an experienced negotiator that works to help homeowners. She has been married for 16 years and have two daughters, ages 9 and 7. She graduated from Nashua Senior High School in 1988, then went on to the University of New Hampshire where she earned a BS degree in business administration in 1992. She is an important part of the Real Estate process and also negotiates for New Beginning RE, LLC.
Kaitlin Geraghty owns an interest in an investing company in Massachusetts. She has been investing in Real Estate for the past 5 years. Previously, she was a landlord and knows the ins and outs of negotiating and customer service. Kaitlin continues to buy and sell distressed rehab properties. Over the past 3 years her main focus has been short sales. She has been negotiating with banks throughout the country, small and large to successfully close short sale deals in a number of states, including Mass. Florida and California.
Kelly Barker has been negotiating short sale properties for over a year. Previously she had worked for Military Art China from 1997-2006, which is a manufacturing and printing company that supplies memorabilia to the armed forces stationed around the world. She is a mother of my two children. She attended University of Massachusetts Lowell and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997. Kelly majored in Marketing and Management with a minor in Legal Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
